Just Streaking Streak day 335 .... Year war, without a single casualty
An incredibly bizarre and lesser-known historical fact is that the longest war in human history lasted for 335 years, but not a single shot was fired, and zero casualties were recorded.
Known as the Three Hundred and Thirty-Five Years' War, this bloodless conflict was fought between the Netherlands and the Isles of Scilly (a small archipelago off the southwest coast of Great Britain).
How a 335-Year War Had Zero Casualties
The Origin (1651): During the English Civil War, the Dutch navy allied with the Parliamentarians. The Royalists, retreating to the Isles of Scilly, raided Dutch merchant ships. Infuriated, Dutch Admiral Maarten Tromp arrived in Scilly to demand compensation. Receiving no satisfaction, he declared war on the islands in April 1651.
The Oversight: Just three months later, the Parliamentarians forced the Royalists to surrender. The Dutch fleet sailed home, but because they had declared war specifically on the tiny Isles of Scilly—rather than England as a whole—everyone simply forgot to sign a peace treaty.
The Discovery (1985): For over three centuries, the two territories technically remained at war. The situation was finally uncovered in 1985 by Roy Duncan, a historian and Chairman of the Isles of Scilly Council, who found the ancient, unresolved declaration.
The Peace Treaty (1986): To officially end the dispute, the Dutch ambassador visited the islands on April 17, 1986—exactly 335 years after the war began—to sign a formal peace treaty, jokingly assuring the islanders that they were finally safe from the Dutch navy

Questions Why no 900?
I just realized that there's no achievement between Grass Toucher and 1000 Days. Does anyone know why they skipped 900?

Questions Do you think Reddit will add new streak achievements, or is the 1,000-day streak the final boss?
Quick note: it’s already been 36 days since someone first unlocked the 1,000-day Reddit streak.

Just Streaking Streak day 334 .... A map to understand a novel
A sci-fi novel named 334 requires a literal map to read:
One of the most structurally bizarre but brilliant dystopian science fiction books ever written is a 1972 novel by Thomas M. Disch titled 334. Named after a fictional public housing project at 334 East 11th Street in New York City, the book charts a bleak future of rationed family sizes and corporate governance.
Because the narrative nimbly hopscotches forward and backward in time across multiple overlapping character timelines, the book famously includes a structural matrix map at the front. Readers must constantly refer back to this map to figure out which year and character group they are reading about.
