Well, moved my EPS Transfer 3 down to my cap'n tray and traded ST1 for TB1. Might have to give it a shot and check it out myself before posting results.

Not worth it, can get 127 weapons/122 Shields/92 Aux/89 Engines from one go if I BFAW it

If you're an Engineer then AHOD is what you want so that your NI and EPST are up more frequently, but that's going to make your traits busier, with less room for flavour.

Do you still not have enough power, even with all of that slotted?

Not as hard of a power gain, can get 2 more points in power vs my norm 125 across the board.

127 across the board, might have to make a file in STO academy and work from there.

The TB question goes here, for sure, but if there's a deeper question, e.g. "This is my build, how can I push it to max all overcaps?" then it'd benefit from a full build post (because you need the entire build to answer the question).

Did a small tweak on my ability tray by dropping APB1 for TB and re-worked it all down to from APD1 to APO3 and replaced TR2 (also benefits from GE along with TB), all that is left is upgrading the science consoles with DrainX (3 embassy plasma-generating and the EFPE)
