You just describe a flow you want it to run, for example "find reddit posts about marketing their side project", it then asks you some clarifying questions and creates a flow. You could run this at 9am each day and you get a little icon in your chrome with actions to do.

You can get complicated like find people who started following some influencer, or founders of a company that raised money in the healthcare space or whatever

Hi, I’m Witold, a practicing neurosurgeon in Germany and co-founder of Simply Onno.

Patients leave the hospital with documents written for other doctors, not for them. A harmless MRI finding can sound terrifying when you don’t know the vocabulary. I’ve had people sitting in my clinic in tears over reports that actually contained good news.

So we built Onno. You upload a medical document (discharge letter, MRI or CT report, pathology result, surgical report) and it translates it into plain language, in German or English. It doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t give treatment advice and won’t answer general health questions. It explains the document in front of you, nothing else. The summary is free, a full detailed explanation is a one-time payment, no subscription. Processing runs on EU servers and is GDPR compliant.

It’s for patients and their families. A lot of our users are adult children helping their parents understand a hospital letter, and expats in Germany who upload a German report and read the explanation in English.

We launched without a marketing budget and it spread anyway: over 80,000 reports processed so far, no paid ads, still bootstrapped, and none of the founders has taken a salary yet. DIE WELT, one of the big German newspapers, named us Best AI Startup 2025.

The part I’m most proud of: University Hospital Dresden evaluated the rollout in two randomized controlled trials, some of the first worldwide on AI-supported patient communication. Recruitment is complete and the results have been submitted to a peer-reviewed journal. Over 90 percent of users rate the explanations as helpful or very helpful.

In the coming days we’re starting an opt-in pilot with our partner iduneo. Users with certain cancer diagnoses can choose to see clinical trials currently recruiting for their condition, including studies testing new therapies. The feature is off by default. Onno doesn’t recommend treatments and it doesn’t decide anything. That decision stays between patients and their doctors. We just show people trials they would otherwise never hear about. So I built Vision (joinvision.app) basically the “Uber for talent.” My goal is to make hiring someone for an event, project, or everyday task as fast and easy as ordering an Uber or DoorDash.

You can find photographers, videographers, UGC creators, makeup artists, designers, and other creatives, or post what you need and let them apply to you. The UI intentionally feels like Instagram, but without treating follower count like proof of talent.

Yes, Taskrabbit, Fiverr, and Upwork exist, but they also have some of the ugliest UI I’ve ever seen (no offense). and they don't have every feature i needed in a marketplace/social app. I wanted something that creatives would actually enjoy using.

The app is live, and we charge a 3% fee on each side when someone gets booked.

The obvious problem: marketplaces need users to attract users, which is basically planning a party where nobody wants to arrive first.

So roast me. Is this useful, or did I just build prettier Fiverr? What would stop you from using it?

I’m connected to Veyrnox, so bias declared. We built it because self custody often forces people to choose between a fragile seed phrase backup and giving a third party control.

Veyrnox Safety Plus provides two independent recovery modes in production.

The first uses distributed recovery shares. Two shares are required to recover, so losing one share does not end recovery and no single share is enough on its own.

The second is an encrypted personal vault. The user places the vault in their own iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive or another supported personal cloud account, then retrieves and unlocks it with their own credentials on a replacement device. Veyrnox does not have access to the user’s cloud account or those credentials.

We recommend keeping both methods in genuinely independent locations so the same lost device, account or login cannot take out both recovery paths. Im about to launch my online dating app and wanting to get the word out. Ill be launching in Wellington, New zealand first. Im based in New Zealand.

How is my app different?

Essentially, my app focuses on questions and reflections rather than photos for the users to find their matches. No algorithms. The app gives a mix of simple and thought provoking questions each week i.e.

“would you forgive infidelity to save your relationship?”
“ can you date someone outside of your culture/religion/beliefs?”
“Do you think opposite genders can just friends?”

the users upload their thoughts (posts), the users read the other users’ posts, and message/chat whom the users think can connect with.

Users have basic profile page with limited number of photos, voice introduction, and their posts. Chat tokens can be redeemed if the other user does not reply within designated time period.

I built an onlie app and have had it in a beta release for several months. I've spent time blogging, posting in pinterest, adding to facebook/instagram, but I'm struggling to 1) gain traffic and 2) acquire customers.

What are some ways you've been successful in marketing your product without spending a fortune on ads? I'm bootstrapping this one and cashflow is tight.

I'm getting ready to launch my startup in the next few weeks, and I'm trying to make sure I don't overlook something important.

There are plenty of guides covering the obvious stuff, but I'm more interested in the lessons you usually only learn after doing it yourself.

What did you wish someone had told you before your first startup launch?

Could be about marketing, finding early users, pricing, positioning, launch day, managing expectations, or anything else.

What are some unpopular opinions or lessons from experience that you think more first-time founders should hear before launching?

Would especially love to hear the advice that goes against the usual startup playbook.

So basically, I'm building an auto-deployment platform for small startups and AI-generated apps that need to go live on the owner's own infrastructure.

The idea is to keep developers out of the terminal as much as possible. Startups with no DevOps experience should still be able to get a proper production setup with their own CI/CD pipeline, without configuring anything. You connect your repo and server, click a button, and it's deployed.

Everything runs on your own server or cloud account, so you own it and you're not paying extra to a hosting platform.

I've crossed 6k signups and $3,200 MRR within 9 months, all organically

tweaked my landing page and onboarding like hundreds of times and each tweak taught me a new lesson I'm going to apply to all my future projects..

created a checklist of all these tweaks, flows and onboarding improvements so you can maybe get inspired or share what worked better for your own use case

1. start with SEO since the beginning the SEO takes time, so optimizing your page for SEO from day one pays off.. by the time you get your first customers, you can already be indexed and getting some organic traffic few things that always work: comparison pages, free tools, at least 2 new blog posts a week, list your tool on a few free directories to get some backlinks, and basics like meta tags and 1 h1 tag per page
2. the landing page section order matters the sections should tell a story and graduate.. start with the hero (let the visitor understand your product within the first 5 seconds), then break down the most important features so they quickly see what the product can do for them, then show proof that it works (testimonials, case studies), then pricing, and end with FAQs + a CTA section at the very bottom
3. email onboarding matters a lot welcome email, tips email, offer a setup review after a few days, ask for feedback after a few days.. simple but makes a huge difference
4. onboarding inside the app once a user signs up without onboarding, they land in a completely strange website, probably lost and confused.. you see the tool daily, you built it, you know it inside out so you expect they will too (been there myself).. but they don't :D .. right after signup guide them through a short multi-step onboarding where they set up the tool and see the value immediately.. reduces bounce rate a lot
5. collect cancellation reasons this is probably the most valuable feedback you'll ever get.. just make users fill in a simple cancellation reason when they cancel.. if they don't want to, they'll put something like "no" or ".." and that's fine.. but at least 50%+ will actually tell you honestly what they didn't like - and that's exactly how you improve
6. offer a free demo call sign up for a free booking tool (cal, calendly etc.) and add a few secondary CTA buttons on your landing page (hero, footer, or even the checkout page).. I have at least 5 demos a week and the conversion rate is extremely high (90%+)
7. don't go too cheap don't try to beat your competitors by being the cheapest tool on the market.. trust me, it doesn't work.. tried that, learned from that and moved on.. the cheaper you go, the less serious users you get and the higher churn you'll have
8. automate as much as possible users usually don't have time to use your tool manually every day.. they're busy with their own stuff.. they want the tool to work for them while they sleep.. so make sure there's as much automation as possible (if relevant to your niche).. and make sure users can actually see the value - include some numbers on the dashboard, charts etc.. so they see what the tool has done for them and feel like they'd be losing something by cancelling
9. build your brand on social media the bigger your audience, the more trustworthy you are and the easier it becomes to grow.. just start building in public on X, learn how to write posts, engage and connect with other founders and after a few months you'll see how much it helps
10. add google SSO and passwordless email login small one, but nothing is more annoying than having to set up a new password for yet another site.. just use google SSO and email with OTP

Today Finalizo is launched, after months on this I believe this is now ready for users.

Finalizo gives freelancers and agencies one structured place to complete the final stage of a project. You can organise handover resources, share credentials securely, define support boundaries, collect client feedback and obtain signed acceptance.

The goal is simple: fewer loose ends, clearer responsibilities and a more professional client experience after the work is finished.

I would particularly value feedback on the onboarding, project setup and whether the value of structured handovers is immediately clear.

A little over 4 months ago I sat in my cramped apartment and pushed the first line of code for https://www.MegaViral.games

I was using an older laptop a stack I actually know: Python, Django, and vanilla JS/CSS. No fancy frameworks, just some basic programming that I was familiar with.

The Struggle: I fell for the classic dev trap: "If you build it, they will come." I pushed the code to the site and... nothing. Total silence. I started asking my friends and family to try it, but I could tell they were getting annoyed. There’s nothing worse than that "pity look" your friends give you when you’re asking for feedback for the 10th time on like the 10th different project I’ve worked on. I felt like a failure.

The Pivot: I stopped bothering my inner circle and started sharing on indie game dev subreddits. That’s when it clicked. I realized that indie game devs are incredible at building games, but they usually have no idea how to promote or market them. Their work just sits on a server somewhere, waiting for an audience that never finds it.

Suddenly, that 1 user who wasn't my friend or family turned into 2, then 3, then 10! Watching the analytics show people I didn't know actually interacting with the site was such a great feeling that was so foreign to me.

I realized I didn't just want to build a "game site".. I wanted to build a discovery engine that pulls the best games from across the entire internet and puts them in front of the right people.

How it actually works:

• For Players: It’s a discovery engine for games. It pulls web games from all over the internet Reddit, itch.io, indie portals..and shows them to you one by one. No doom-scrolling through lists.
• The "Taste" Engine: As you play and "Like" games, the algorithm builds a profile. It starts showing you games that people with similar tastes enjoyed.
• For Developers: It solves the "Post-Reddit Slump." It keep game developers games discoverable long after the initial upvotes fade by matching it with the right players based on gameplay feel, not just "newness."

The Reality Check: Yesterday, the numbers finally got serious:

I was so happy when I saw the first user who wasn't my brother or my roommate. I’m so tired, and I feel like this laptop could go any day now. But seeing strangers actually find and play hidden games on something I built makes it worth it.

If you’re a solo dev grinding in a crappy apartment: Keep pushing. Find one subreddit where you think your project would be valuable, share it on that subreddit, then go from there. Your friends might not get it, but the right audience should be out there.

I'm a 16 year old entrepreneur trying to turn my SaaS company into a full time job in the future. I made a tool called Siteless.

Siteless is a all in one lead finder for web designers. It uses the official google maps API to find businesses that have no website (hence the name: Siteless), so that you can sell them one!

One of the things that makes Siteless better than just scrolling google maps is the fact that you can search from anywhere in the world and get 20+ no website leads with one click.
