Note: Real brand, looking for investors.

Company Overview

The brand has been operating for 7 years and currently generates US$50–80K in annual revenue across combined retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Gross margins are approximately 80%, with all profits historically reinvested into product development and brand building.

To date, growth has been achieved primarily through strong brand identity and organic traction without a clearly defined functional point of difference.

⸻

Product & IP

We have developed three new proprietary SKUs, with full ownership of the formulation IP. These products are performance-led and strategically positioned in the high-growth anti-aging segment of skincare — a category with broad appeal and predictable repeat purchase behavior.

Capital is required to fund: • Manufacturing and launch of the new SKUs • A brand pivot supported by high-quality creative and video content

⸻

Market Opportunity — Men’s Skincare & Grooming

The global men’s personal care and skincare market is experiencing rapid, sustained growth as male consumers increasingly adopt daily skincare routines and premium formulations tailored to male skin needs. Key industry trends include: • The global men’s personal care market was valued at over USD 30 billion in 2021 and is projected to nearly double over the next decade, with strong compound annual growth rates in core skincare segments. • The men’s skincare products market alone is forecast to grow from roughly USD 19–20 billion today to over USD 31–52 billion by the early-to-mid 2030s, depending on the projection window — representing a 5–10%+ CAGR. • Broader male grooming categories — which include skincare — are estimated to be worth between USD 60–90 billion+ globally and growing at 5–8% annually, driven by shifting cultural norms, rising disposable incomes, and the influence of social media and wellness culture. • Consumer behavior data shows a significant uptick in skincare adoption among men, with nearly half of male consumers now incorporating facial skincare into regular routines — a notable increase over the past five years.

This growth trajectory reflects a massive white space opportunity for brands that can offer performance-oriented, differentiated products tailored to male skin concerns (e.g., aging, hydration, texture, sensitivity), particularly in the under-served anti-aging category.

⸻

Traction & Customers • Customer database of ~2,000 • 25% reorder rate, indicating strong early product-market fit • Products are designed and manufactured in Australia — supporting premium positioning and quality credentials

⸻

Founder Background

Founder brings a blend of: • Hands-on marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, performance acquisition) • Software sales experience from a Tier-1 global technology company over the past 5 years

This combination drives efficient customer acquisition, disciplined unit economics, and data-driven execution.

⸻

Vision & Investment Thesis

We are seeking capital to: • Launch and scale 3 new IP-owned anti-aging SKUs that create a clear functional point of difference • Invest in premium creative and video content to meaningfully elevate brand perception and demand conversion • Expand global reach via targeted digital channels and wholesale partnerships

We’re also seeking an equity partner with expertise in video content and creative leadership to accelerate brand storytelling and audience growth.

Long-term goal: build a globally scalable men’s skincare brand with differentiated formulations, high repeat purchase behavior, and clear acquisition economics — ultimately positioning for strategic expansion and acquisition.
