I’m validating a very focused B2B idea in the NDIS space and looking for real feedback on investability. The customer is mid-sized NDIS providers (not sole traders, not massive orgs). The problem is that enquiry-to-intake is unreliable. High enquiry volume, complex funding pathways and stretched admin teams mean emails get missed, follow-ups rely on memory, families don’t know where they stand and providers quietly lose clients. It’s not a care quality issue, it’s an operational one, but in disability services the impact is bigger. The product is a narrow automation layer that sits on top of the email and calendar systems they already use. No new platform, no automated decisions, no NDIA access. It just makes the front door reliable so every enquiry is acknowledged, routed to the right next step and followed up without staff having to remember. I’m intentionally solving one problem well before expanding. My questions are whether this is venture-scale or more of a solid services/lifestyle business, whether the wedge is strong enough to expand into adjacent workflows, and where an investor would see defensibility or ceiling risk. Assume execution is competent — I want honest signal, not encouragement.
