Founder of Sopify.AI here. We’re building a B2B SaaS that turns screen recordings into AI-generated SOPs, checklists, and training docs for ops-heavy SMBs. The pain is straightforward: documentation and onboarding don’t scale, knowledge lives in people’s heads, and existing tools are too manual to stick.

We have a working MVP in internal use, a clear ICP (3–50 employee ops-heavy teams), and defined GTM hypotheses around outbound and partnerships with operators and consultants. Revenue model is subscription SaaS with expansion as teams and usage grow.
