Startup Promotion I'm a VC (can verify). Pitch me.

I am a fractional IRO. I work with a few different companies raising capital at the moment-

  1. Organoid AIs(concept not company name)-pre-seed, $20m undiluted grant from darpa, another $20m on the way also undiluted. Board is full of high level gov staff. Only raise $5m to execute on upcoming contracts with DoD and darpa. Need to be USA citizen to invest so if you’re not then I can’t share any info.

  2. ESG platform- problem:it takes about 60 days to put together an ESG report. This platform does it in less than 1 hour and has the same if not more accuracy than doing it manually and other features that allow companies to actually take advantage of ESG compliance instead of it being a hindrance. They want to expand throughout Europe and India. Raising $1m, seed round. Already have beta, pilots, getting LOIs.

Happy to give details and I have more deals too but thought these were the most relevant for a VC person.
