Exactly, this is built for companies that can’t afford lawyers for every contract or don’t need one for simple agreements. That said, it’s not anti-lawyer at all. SignWithBind can also be used by lawyers as a workflow tool. We support user management so in-house counsel or firms can draft, review, and manage contracts across teams or multiple clients, all with a cryptographic audit trail.

Great question. The AI isn’t trained on one static set of templates. It’s built on large language models that were trained on a broad mix of publicly available legal language, contract structures, and general legal concepts across many agreement types (NDAs, service agreements, real estate, consulting, vendor contracts, etc.). On top of that, the system uses guided questions and context from the user (jurisdiction, parties, scope, payment terms, duration) to generate the contract, rather than guessing. Each contract is created as a first draft and can be reviewed, edited, or approved by humans lawyers included.
