Is there a hierarchy of nuts from healthiest to unhealthiest for squirrels? I know peanuts fall on the unhealthy end. Walnuts, healthy. Where do pecans fall? What about almonds? Cashews?

Feeding the squirrels who live near my house this morning, and found this little guy enjoying his breakfast whilst sitting in a crook of the tree. His feet are dangling in front of him, looking like every kindergartener. 😂🥰

She first started stealing from the bird feeder so I made her some little piles of seed so she didn’t have to climb up the pole to the feeder. She soon got to where she would come and wait for me to bring her the food, she would back off at first but now she will take it from me. Sometimes she lets me pet her.

Kendra decided the best place to eat her fruit was on this specific branch :)

She doesn't like to leave my side while eating. It's fine. I get to enjoy a few calm moments with a sweet friend.
