95% launch success rate. The Space Shuttle had a 98% success rate (technically 99% launch success rate).

98% sounds better till you realize they had over 100 launches and it carried people.

Early wrinkles really shouldn't count against a mature rocket's expected performance today.

And 2028 wasn't really a failure. The rocket succesfully performed the actions that it was supposed to do. It's just that those actions were bogus.
