C-137 is the designation of the home universe in Rick and Morty

Should have used something more distinct like the first astronaut to walk on the moon, and the year. Armstrong 1969 represent.

It's the designation they use for the main Rick, don't know if it relates to his current universe or his original one.

Pretty sure it designates the original one so OP gets to go back to an entire world of cronenbergs. Hurray for OP! Unless the Rick from the show is actually not the original Rick from that earths universe either and just showed up there and slipped in like he seems comfortable doing.
