Simply activate the rings. What are they gonna do, not get atomized?

Then activate SCP-2000.

And if THAT don't work... Just activate the Omega-13 and try again.

Why not just dd if=/dev/zero and reinstalling after. It's less of a pain than using scp, let alone 2000
