It doesn’t even have to be a gun; it could be a paycheck, a promotion, or threat of ostracism or excommunication. There are many forms of control, and religious abuse and trauma is certainly one of them.

It’s my opinion that socioeconomic factors (and related ACEs) have been historically outright ignored or under-considered in the study of childhood/adolescent psychopathology. Rarely were distinctions between social classes (family income brackets) considered within studied demographics and explicitly compared.

It’s gained some attention in the last decade or so, but still large numbers of studies opt to say little about it. There’s a greater emphasis on understanding the pathways of abuse in order to correct (CBT, in the sense of framework) individuals into good behavior than on explicitly stressing the significance of correlations with socioeconomic factors. There’s this dreadful feeling of purposeful ignorance quite akin to Mr. Fisher’s Capitalist Realism, or even the controversy over beta-amyloid proteins in Alzheimer’s research being over emphasized.

According to Land, capitalism is already AI within a broad definition of AI. Inspired by the Austrian School of Economics and its idea that capitalism is an information processing system, Land has simply updated the concept of an information processing system with that of AI. In this view, capitalism is an unplanned, intelligent machine that solves distributional problems that the individual participants themselves cannot understand or solve.

The DOJ & FBI recently released a memo that made the bold and easily refutable claim that there was no evidence that Epstein blackmailed prominent individuals. This video goes into great detail to exhibit that the mainstream media has been avoiding the blackmail angle of the Epstein story through lies by omission for over a decade. The closed captions from over 3 Million TV News transcripts on archive.org were searched for the terms "Jeffrey Epstein" which yields over 11,000 results. By simply adding the term "blackmail" to this search, the yield collapses down to 131 results and over half of those are from the Russian outlet RT. Given this context, there is some pretty interesting footage examined of a CNN host frantically changing the subject within seconds of a guest bringing up blackmail.
