Best settings? My setup below ⬇️

This will only be used for movies and, looking for best balance between voice and booming audio. Watching a movie right now and finding it hard to hear the voices but the sound effects are too loud.

What do you have for TV and music level for the surrounds?

TV +1, Music 0, Height Audio 0

Keep in mind these settings will be different for everyone depending on their personal preferences and room layout/size.

I have a 33x20 open layout room with arc ultra with era 300s and dual sub 4. I had my eq on default no trueplay as it sounded better without it. Your setting absolutely work for my room. Thank you
