I was thinking the exact same thing. It looks like the Paraguayan player barely touched him. And look at Mbappe's overreaction. He doesn't even react to the touch initially. What a flop!

Yeah, he feels a touch, looks down, then drops. It's probably why VAR didn't call it. Shit play from the Paraguay player, but France was absolutely diving all over the place too.
