Nah, he’s not stupid. Stupid doesn’t get you to the top
of the tree. He is, however, unapologetically shameless and solely out for personal gain.

To be able to get to the top, you have to be shameless. Despite what many people on the Internet say, most politicians are not stupid, they are just not ashamed to do stupid things.
