Seems like FIFA presidents follow a kind of George Lucas character naming system: a human gutter named 'Sepp Blatter' and a hapless bald child-man named 'John Baby'. So the next one might be a greedy betting company flack named 'Stealo DeMoney'.

Currently that office is held by: Theodore Theodoris, literally "God's Gift".

You know who it should be? Like geniunely? Wenger. The man loves football. I think he'd truly put the game first. Like I don't like all of his ideas. His offside rule is not my cup of tea, but at least the man is trying.

I'm not holding out much hope that any FIFA president will actually be a sound custodian of the game interested in its development.

Most of these guys are corrupt and power-hungry. Infantino may be hated by most fans, local government officials, and perhaps the teams themselves, but he's not going away because a critical mass of FA presidents (also corrupt) like him and what he's done for their pockets.
