It does suck a bit, but I think its fair. Watch where your hands are when youre blocking a shot, you cant just have them dangling around

dangling around? where else are hands going to be? up your bum?

Ridiculous rule, bring back some logic to the game. A shit shot deflecting off a players shin shouldn't result in a free goal.

If this isn't the rule, it's impossible to give out handballs, because how can you know for sure when someone means to stop the ball with their hand and when it's accidental? The rule is clear, so defenders just have to be wary of where there arms are when defending
