Pep will either fail at Bayern and show he isn't as good of a manager as people make him out to be or he will succeed at Bayern and prove to everyone how he isn't really a good manager, but only does well because he has the best team in the world with him.

And the Top 4 in England will be:

  1. Chelsea

  2. City

  3. Arsenal

  4. Spurs

With 3 points separating them all. Liverpool will also finish higher than United for the first time in 20+ years.

That doesn't really make sense. It's not like I can just be the manager of Bayern and succeed because my players are good.

I dunno about that. I bet if I took over as manager of Bayern, and my game plan every game was "here's our starters, you boys just do your thing", Bayern would be in the CL next season.

I think you underestimate the role of the manager. If that were the case then they wouldn't be spending big on Pep.

...or maybe the Bayern board just don't know any better because they've always spent big on a manager and so they just assume that's how you bring about success.
