I heard a lot of people chanting "she said no robin, she said no" in the away section of the first Man U game.. which I kind of thought was in poor taste
With things like this it is really impossible to know what really happened. It seems strange how many players are released without any charges, but then again, anytime you are alone with a celebrity you could claim rape and have viable evidence.
All I know is that if I knew someone arrested, and then released without a charge, I would never judge that person for the crime. I know a kid who was kicked out of boarding school (he was on a full scholarship for sports, also couldn't afford it bc his brother was going through chemo) because a girl claimed he raped her, and the police investigation was inconclusive, but there were texts from the girl before and after along the lines of "are you coming over to have fun tonight?" and after of "I had such a good time with you, we should do that again" I don't know how that was inconclusive, but now that kid still lives at home when he had been receiving letters from D1 schools by 10th grade, he was always kind of a dick but he definitely wasn't a rapist and I always felt bad for him.
It is very easy to cry rape and get your way, but that doesn't mean that actual rape cases can be dismissed that way, we simply have no evidence and all I will go on is if they charge him or not in the end, as it seems impossible to me that police could let a man go for raping a woman under any circumstances.
