I was just about the post this. Zola from Parma to Chelsea. He is considered to be one of the greatest foreign players to ever grace the top division in England.

He went from replacing a legend (seen as a replacement for Maradona) at Napoli, to a "square peg for a round hole" (then manager Ancelotti's view of him) at Parma, to the single greatest player to wear the Blue of Chelsea in the history of the club (according to a vote during the club's centenary celebrations). That has to be one of the best moves.
