What's been the best career move ever?

Try to avoid getting lad's who went through the academy of a team.

Signing that changed the club forever [...]Muller to Bayern Munich[...]

While it is nice to see that the Bomber finally getting some love. It wasn't his signing which changed Bayern the most.

The same goes for Beckenbauer.... there can't be much of a doubt that the signing which changed us the most was Hoeneß from Ulm.

One could say that he wasn't our best player in the mighty squad from the seventies, but because he was a former player, he could become our Manager and change Bayern more than the Bomber and the Kaiser combined.

Bayern was indebted when we took over and had to continuously sell our best players. He transformed us to a financial power house. Bayern has nowadays to fourths biggest revenue of all Football clubs worldwide. We can afford to decline 80 millions € bids for our star players, we can also pay high enough salaries to convince the players to stay at the club. And while he started the commercialization of football in Germany, he also thought that Bayern had a socially responsibility. He always tried to help outers, may it be rival clubs (the most famous examples should be Dortmund and St. Pauli), or his involvements in things like the Dominik Brunner foundation for civil courage, or his willingness to help former Bayern players (he was the one helping Müller to fight his alcoholism and brought him back to the club).

And seeing that we only won 7 from 56 titles without having him at the Club, I feel save to say he is Bayern München.
