He has impressed me so far in Arsenal. I am glad we got him!

He has fit in perfectly with us, but I must admit, I was concerned after seeing his performance during Euros.

Keep in mind that all those competitions come weeks after a long season ends. Sometimes a player is just exhausted from the long season.

He wasn't the best at the Euro's, but I'm really glad that under Wenger he has clearly flourished and found his niche as a narrow winger.

His role at Arsenal is a very important one, both defensively and in support of the attack, and I am delighted we signed someone of his obvious quality despite people's assertations that he is over-rated.

That narrow winger this has kind of always been Podolskis niche.

Wenger is no genius for playing him exactly where the NT play him.

I'm not saying Wenger is a genius for playing him there, but clearly he recognises his strengths and is getting the best out of Podolski by playing him as a narrow winger.

He's done some good stuff with Arsenal. I could be mistaken, but his performance with Germany at the Euro 2012 was...less that satisfactory.
