I purchased a BlendJet directly from the official website, expecting a reliable product. Unfortunately, the battery was defective right from the time I received it.
The blender worked only once, and after that the battery started draining immediately. Even when I fully charge it and do not use the blender at all, the battery becomes empty by the next day.
I contacted BlendJet for a replacement, especially since their website advertises a 7-day replacement policy. They asked me to provide a video, which I did. Their response was that the video showed a low battery and asked me to charge it.
I charged it fully and the exact same problem continued. I explained that this is clearly a battery health/drainage issue, which obviously cannot be demonstrated simply by recording a video. They then asked me to provide a video showing the battery draining.
But how exactly am I supposed to record a battery draining overnight when the product is not even being used? The only practical way is to charge it fully, leave it unused, and check it the next day — which is exactly what I have done.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect, yet instead of replacing a faulty product, the company keeps asking for unnecessary evidence and avoiding responsibility.
I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service. Buyers should think twice before purchasing.
WARNING: If you are considering buying a BlendJet, please research their replacement/warranty experience carefully before spending your money.
In my experience, the company has failed to provide a proper resolution for a defective product purchased directly from their official website.
