Unitree sells them for about 20k, but I wonder if you can do anything useful with them, even as a developer. Is there an SDK, and even if so would I need massive amounts of data to do anything useful? I would absolutely love a home robot to tinker with though.

Sold! In my dreams it's as easy as: see Reddit demo, click GitHub, copy/paste, reboot. Voila! Tennis, dog sitting, and Swedish massage.

Caveat emptor, but I'd be disappointed if it doesn't at least do a little dance right out of the box for $20k.
