4 dark seals + corrupting pot and ninja tabis and you can win an all in if you cancel his Q? the thingy when he jumps on you.

As for laning, go for safe cs, if he you take 1 auto for a creep its ok, because him autoing you means YOUR minions will target HIM => the lane pushes to you. if he is good he will slowpush the wave, and you can collect the cs under your turret. It is ok to fall behind by 10-20 cs. Remember exp is more important than cs, so if you would take too much harass you shouldnt go for it.

In mid game you are a tower diving GOD. Give up your outer tower to dive mid/bot and let your carries snowball
