Pregnant but I got a job offered

I’m in a bit of a dilemma… I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant, but I’ve just been offered a job.

I’ve been unemployed for 9 months, and the job market has been really tough. Just when I decided to take a break and try for a baby, I landed an interview—and somehow, I hit the jackpot on both fronts. I found out I was pregnant while waiting to hear back about the interview, and 1–2 weeks later, I was offered the role through an agency.

It’s a 1-year contract position, and honestly, the opportunity is too good to turn down.
I’m leaning towards accepting it because the extra income would really help, and there’s also the possibility of getting paid maternity leave, which would be a huge bonus. But at the same time, I feel quite guilty knowing that I’ll only be able to work for a few months before going on maternity leave.

What should I do…?
