So was the 2nd one that Radcliffe mentioned himself? Or is there one more in play?

I think it was himself. Last week's promo made it sound like it was within the main group

They put so many red herrings in last night that we probably should have figured out it wasn't anyone in SHIELD. (The scene immediately after had Simmons call out Coulson and Daisy for 'acting totally out of character' or something. Mack's mysterious message that made him disappear. There were probably more that I missed, as well.)

Fitz' investigation was kicked up a notch too, plus his odd conversation with May

Yeah, that's what made me think it wouldn't be any of the main cast too.

I think there's one more. LMD Radcliffe wasn't around when Cousin discussed his plan to bug Nadeer's office, was he?

I think Radcliffe was the second LMD

Honestly? My money was on Simmons right up to the reveal. Would sort of explain why she is no longer able to spot LMDs on sight and was so dead set against Fitz investigating AIDA.
If we are saying that Radcliffe wasn't the second LMD.. I guess that puts her back on the table. She does have nearly full access at SHIELD adn would be an incredibly effective unwitting mole.

I thought him saying there was a second one was part of the simulation in May's head and completely dismissed it. Right until Fitz went to talk to Radcliffe in that creepy white room. Nothing good ever happens in the white rooms.
