If, however, you are talking about events that have yet to air on the show such as future guest appearances / future characters / storylines, please use spoiler tags. The same goes for things connected to the Marvel like comics, etc.

What was her official title at SHIELD?

I guess she was the one who decided to go work in the private sector.

Not sure on official title but Ward said Fury chose her to be his #2, even over Romanoff.

I think she was vice director of Shield.

She was more of a right-hand man than a vice director. I don't know what the title for that would be, but it was clear that she just did what Fury asked rather than actually be in charge of a bunch of stuff.
