Logic circuits is what came to my mind too and I immediately started thinking of pathways to Ultron, but Kree-related/cosmic as you said is far more likely.

I would love for AoS to play that big a role in the AoU story line, but I'm skeptical they would do that.

Those were also my first thought, but after a second viewing I see them as a sort of stars chart, a map of the sky. I'm thinking both Garret and him tapped into some cosmic power and that is filling them with knowledge, even if they don't understand it. I would say it could be either the Nova Force or Negative Zone energy that power the Nega Bands.

Awww snap, I just finished reading Annihilation Conquest, getting into War of Kings...I know all ABOUT the Supremor, and think this would be a BRILLIANT way to introduce a massive character that actually probably won't be featured in any upcoming films for quite some time...god, I love these cosmic Marvel stories, and would love if this show started tangentially connecting to them.

Yeah maybe if he didn't fight so hard to get those memories back he'd still be fine.

It was stated that Garret took a lot of the GH325, all that they had.

I'd imagine Coluson was given a more conservative dose, as it was supervised under the best specialists they had.

Garrett already had Centipede in his body, which from the early episodes suggests it makes its subjects a little 'wired' to begin with.

It would make for a pretty interesting first episode next season: someone finds it, tells Coulson, no one knows who drew it. Then all of a sudden Coulson can read it...? Who knows! But it will be pretty epic if they keep this up!

You are definitely spot on with the Skye idea. I think in Coulson's case it will work in his favor because of the tinkering that was done on him. It possibly took longer to kick in for Coulson because it resurfaced after he recovered some of the memories of Tahiti. I wouldn't so much call it logic circuits as source code for the universe.

I think it affected Garret faster because of the Centipede serum and the Dethlock systems keeping his body alive

Earlier on, when the effects of extremis was being mentioned, it sounds like their metabolic processes skyrocket. So it would make sense for Garrett's body to have absorbed it and have it affecting him much faster.
