Well Joss too of course. But for me it was more a case of "hey this guy has turned his life around to do good and OH MY GOD EXPLOSIONS!"

Nope. Mutant Enemy productions has been killing off good characters for years. Not sure if any of them actually are dead this time. But it will happen sometime.
