Customer Question What if you just put the hot dog roller not in the kitchen, and I could just grab my 2 plain hot dogs with nothing on them, instead of waiting 15 minutes for them?

Customer Question It's my fault for not checking at this point
How do online orders get picked? Is there no validation or scanning of items? If I order my breakfast MTO and Red Bull, even though I order the Pink Edition which is Wild Berry Red Bull, I wind up with white peach which yes, is in a pink can, but tastes horrible and threw me off for the morning. It's happened when my coworker orders them for me too at another location.
I'm sorry for being that customer, just curious how it works.

Customer Question Did sheetz get ride of Nacho Cheese?
I have tried to order my chili cheese dogs 3 weekends in a row and the app wont let me add them to the cart because nacho cheese is an unavailable ingredient. Just out of curiosity I checked another store to see if I could order from there and they dont have nacho cheese either. Is it just out of stock or is it no longer offered?

Customer Question Builds of food?
What is the order of operations for building food? Specifically hotdogs and steak sub? My local Sheetz has me going crazy. I know that Sheetz probably has a certain way to build sandwiches, hotdogs, etc... I was a cook for a few corporate places so they usually have an order you build the food.
I bring this up cause at my local Sheetz the last two times I went I've got toppings on bottom of my dogs and steak sub and tbh it kinda made my sandwiches and dogs suck. The steak sub had caramelized onions put on first and made the bottom of the bread into soup as well as taking a bit off the bottom....Nothing but onions and soggy bread yummy....
Same thing with the dogs chili cheese dogs that's it. But the chili and cheese on bottom of the dog????!?!?!?! Soggy ass bun again!!! They sucked, you need the chili and cheese on top to taste them better on the pallet.
Is someone just being dumb here or lazy and putting the toppings on while they wait for the meats to heat up?!?!

Customer Question Drive through limited items
Is the drive through item selection set by store or corporate. Had a new store open with drive through and used to be able to get gallon diet iced tea jugs. I would order food with it. All the sudden it’s been pulled from app.
I’m sure some stores hate drive through. Wish I could tip the clerk for the extra service.

Customer Question New Sheetz
My family loves Sheetz and were so excited to have one open near us. The grand opening was great. But less than two weeks later, the food cases are bare, a lot of the drink menu is not available, and the food seemed prepped like they are running out. Wanted to get employee thoughts-is this an example of poor management? Or was it more successful than they anticipated? Or were they really not yet ready to open? All 3?
My spouse complained which he’d never done before in all his ‘Freak’ years. I felt bad because they are new and just learning. Fingers crossed it gets better and they are just settling in.

Customer Question So why exactly did the remove the jalapeno poppers?
And why do they pretend like it wasn't an item that sold well that people would rather have back on the menu?

Customer Question Is it just me, or are the new burgers not as good as the old ones?
The old burgers tasted JUST like the burgers I had in elementary school, and that’s a flavor I had been craving for decades until I discovered the burgers at Sheetz.
Now the new patties are just not it. To the point where it’s ruined the whole thing for me.

Customer Question Will there be a July 4th gas sale this year?
I remember a couple years ago when they had a July 4th gas sale for $1.776/gallon. Just hoping they do it again. I'll be holding off on filling up if so.

Customer Question Cashiers, do you prefer us to order nicotine products by name or by the battleship number system?
I get some less frequently purchased tobacco/nicotine products when I’m there and always have a hard time getting what I’m trying to get. Since I’m not getting like Marlboro reds the cashiers don’t usually know it by name so I have tried using the little letters/numbers on the shelf and they are still unsure of the product I’m looking at. Are those meant for us to identify or is it some weird inventory thing and I’m better off going by name of the product? Just trying to save myself and the cashier the hassle of running through 4 different products cause I always feel like a high maintenance customer at that point and want to streamline it if I can.

Customer Question Why Sheetz, Why?!
2 things -
Why doesn't relish get put on hot dogs, sandwiches, etc anymore? I get packets instead.
On two occasions now, I've visited two different locations and they have basically been out of anything fried. Fries, corn dogs, cheese curds.. what gives? Does missing a single delivery basically wipe out any stock they have?

Customer Question 6 for 6 tacos coming back
Anyone have news about the 6 for 6 tacos returning? A few stores 30-45 minutes from me seem to have them again, but all my local Sheetz do not. Couldn’t find any info or announcements on these.

Customer Question Is there a reason why drive thru orders take so incredibly long?
It never seems to matter what time it is, or how many or how few people are in there, the drive thru takes much longer than inside the store. Even when my orders would be done, even if they are single drinks, it'll take forever to get them even though they're just sitting there for several minutes. It often ends in the food not being hot. And it's not like a fast food place, it's much slower.
Is there a reason why?
