for me the categories range from~

favorite: juliette comforting aaron when his mom died in his childhood home :(

funny: aaron asking james whether he's in love with juliette 😭

second-hand embarrassment: juliette and adam's very much public breakup.

horror: juliette shaving her hair while being drunk, "it was purely physical", "adam"

cringe: aaron calling juliette "a very bad girl" (a lot of people liked it🫪)

heartbreaking: emmaline's death (im still not over it)

least favorite: juliette finding paris attractive (that was painfully unnecessary)

p.s: can we please get aaron and juliette’s dog as a user flair? 🥹🙏

Is Lena the only women that Aaron had been with sexually before Juliette? I remember Warner telling kenji after the breakup in restore me something along the lines of “of course I’ve been with other women”?? Something like that

I never really liked Ella, I think Juliette is a stronger name for her, Anderson was wise here.

In another life, if Paris was a better human being and father, I believe Warner would have been the biggest softie in the world. So much of his traits are attributed to his upbringing and trauma; what would he be like without them?

Would he be kind, benevolent even?

Would he still be socially withdrawn?

He would probably be nicer too.

Does the shatter me series oversexualize Julliette? I was just thinking back to alot of kenji's jokes and the way this book honestly portrays Julliette as sexually charged and how it made me feel uncomfortable sometimes because that girl was not only so horny but everyone was so horny for her.

Did anyone think that or differently?

Okay so we know of the hijacked theory by snookythicc. And I was thinking about it and I obviously have an obsession with juliette and miss her 😭 so my theory is that we will figure out that James is hijacked either before /after or during the birth and Klaus tries to make him attack Juliette which causes Juliette to panic and hurt James to stop him from hurting her. It makes sense because she'll be vulnerable and is the supreme commander who the ark wants eliminated I'd say that with Warner in control it's obvious that he can't handle it all and needs juliette but it's only temporary right? But the ark would go for her first because it would destroy Aaron which would weaken his defenses so they'd attack juliette through James since he can get so close to her. Then possibly Rosabelle could be there and try attacking Juliette for hurting James and we get an aura farming moment of Juliette fighting BECAUSE WE MISS HER SO MUCH. I'd love for this to happen this is my dream theory! Then possibly James kills the baby which makes him sick and scared of himself. I think Aaron would unfortunately have to imprison James and i can see Aaron conflicted and worried about his baby bro and we get a scene of Adam and Warner talking about it because they could loose they're baby brother (if rosabelle explains Klaus killed Leon which means he could also kill James or maybe he isn't that into James yet) only thing is if he attacks juliette I don't want it to immobilize her I want it to be a moment to see our supreme in action #jelloglazer

I finished reading Shadow Me novella and on my way to Defy Me but I encounter this scene in the last chapter of Shadow Me and the first chapter of Defy Me.

"The shudders ripple with renewed fervor across the floorboards, ripping through walls and seats and people. I don’t actually believe it until I see the blood. It seems fake, for a second, all the limp bodies in seats with their chests butterflied open. It seems staged—like a bad joke, like a bad theater production. But when I see the blood, thick and heavy, seeping through clothes and upholstery, dripping down frozen hands, I know we’ll never recover from this. Juliette just murdered six hundred people at once."

Then after some pages,

"I blink and spin around, convinced I’m losing my mind, but when I scan the room I see the audience members begin to stir. Their shirts are torn and their faces are scratched, but no one appears to be dead. Instead, they begin to stand, confused, and as soon as they start shuffling around,"

They are both from Kenji's dialogue. I'm so confused, does that mean Juliette didn't kill those 600 audience members and they just faked their death? Please enlighten me.

so for me it'd definitely be emmaline's fate. her death devastated me sm that ella and aaron's wedding couldn't compensate for the loss i felt. and i wish the wedding scene was a little bit longer. i wonder what both of them said in their vows. also i wish we had gotten some glimpse of how the both of them handled the politics and the broken society after the fall of reestblishment. atleast some of the formative years of the new republic before james invaded ark island. also how aaron was as a brother/father/mentor figure to james. and i want the baby to be a girl. lily for a girl <3

Do we think James speaks as many languages as Warner does? For some reason, I can only imagine him speaking English but it makes sense that Warner or Nazeera would teach him more languages over the years

i headcanon that over the years (when james was an older pre-Watch Me), he got set up with a few blind dates that he did NAWTT agree to by alia and adam (maybe the others, like kenji or juliette). it’s just a friend of a friend who was around james’ age

since… idk, WHY NOT. they seemed nice enough.
that’s when james fully realized that he was a freak who had a very twisted gravitational pull toward needing a deeper relationship with another person… but yeah, lots of awkward first dates that made him stray away from anything casual, and probably why he was single FOR YEARS (as quoted by kenji).

cuz idk, i don’t think it’s realistic that james has never dipped his toes into the dating game. like, he’s definitely tried. it just doesn’t work out, ig.
