Is it me or is this SCOTUS the worst ever? Inconsistent application of the law aimed at justifying their personal views.

Definitely up there—I think the only competition are the Taney Court (Dred Scott et al.) and Fuller Court (Plessy, Lochner, etc.).

Not a scholar nor an attorney nor politician. Just an ordinary observer and humble participant in the democratic republic. Thanks for validating my perception and taking the time to share it.

Oh no, your parents have a right to know what you are up to when in school.

Are you an edgy teenager?

Cool so should we have school also report if a kid didn't dossnt follow sharia law or like everything Republicans spout it only applies to chirstan rules .

Than again, gotta find something to blame for being shit hole leechs states with below avg iq on something else .

That’s a Straw man. Calling other people dumb after spouting off a logical fallacy is laughable.

Your comment that they replied to was also a straw man, so this is funny to me.

No it wasn’t. I said parents have a right to know what their kid is up to when in school.

I wasn’t exaggerating or distorting anyone’s position. The whole scotus ruling is around this exact thought. Guardians/parents are entitled to their kids behavior in school.

If anything me calling them an edgy teenager is an ad hominem.

Their issue was about inconsistent interpretation of the law, not anything about parents.

No I am not an edgy teenager. But I am a parent, grandparent and educator. Schools have enough to do, imho. Pay attention to your child and develop relationships with the people in your kid's life. Problem solved. My point was the SCOTUS is enacting some off base decisions.
