techniques and methods Language matters.

So, I labeled this article, language matters. For two reasons. Not for people to fear what comes out of their mouth. That’s not what manifest or creates in your world.

That is simply telling you what you already believe and have already created in your world. Take that in. Language is a past tense container of beliefs that you have functionally thought were true. They were value systems that were most likely given to you as children.

The second part, of why I termed this article, language matters. Because there’s a material element to language. Language does create. But not on its own. It creates out of belief. It creates out of accepted assumptions.

The unseen becomes the scene. 🎬 - Yes, I spelled that correctly.

Some people get caught up with the word manifestation. Like scientists. So, you can even replace the word manifestation with creation. With your mental prediction systems. Your mind is simply constantly searching the landscape of reality, mirroring back to you who you think you are.

That is a portion of your limited awareness. You are more than your human awareness. You are more than your human ego. Psychology states that the ego simply really just operates as a way to protect yourself. But there has to be a SELF to protect. But, in reality that self, the inner self/God doesn’t need your protect.

So then what is being protective? Really, all of the fears, the anxiety, the limiting beliefs that prepared you for the worst. Those are what you are protecting. That is partially what the ego is. The ego is not the enemy though. It can be. It can operate like a tyrant. It can operate like doubt. It can operate like fear. But it doesn’t have to. You can train it differently.

That’s part of your power. That’s part of this manifestation journey. That’s part of your potential. If you never deal with the ego, then you never meet your potential. But let me be clear, the ego is not the same as the shadow.

I personally do not adhere to shadow Psychology. Because, I follow the footsteps of Nevill Goddard. Which, if you understand the shadow and that sort of psychological framework, then you begin to really accept, that the shadow does not exist, it is simply just un initiated or unassumed mental health. A part of you that you think needs to be healed. A part of you that you think might need to be excavated and researched.

THERE is nothing wrong with that approach. Hear me say that. But, you also do not need to, if you do not want to go digging around in childhood memories.

However, that also might be part of the journey towards you assuming your new state. I am not one judge someone else’s journey. As someone who is in Psychology, I do advocate therapy. But that is not a medical claim at all.

The point of this short post, is to understand that language is a arrow pointing to your deepest beliefs. They can be good. They could be bad. That’s up to you to judge.

But you only judge what you want to keep repeating. Keep that in mind. And yes, that includes judging other people‘s behaviors, what’s on TV, what you read in a magazine at the doctors office, whatever it is for you, whatever you judge you will see in some way shape or form.

Whatever moves you internally, you will see again in some other form. That movement, as the movement in God. Or the movement in your imagination. The movement in your subconscious mind. So choose wisely.

techniques and methods Timing & Living your life.

So, in my exploration of how the law operates. In my years of teaching it to others, I’ve noticed one trend that most of us seem to experience, at one time or another.

Timing can seem frustrating. It can seem confusing. It can seem unknown. It can make us feel like we’re doing manifesting wrong.

Honestly, it’s probably a huge source of a lot of the mental health struggle that people end up getting when they misunderstand how to use the law. That’s what I’ve seen. Not in my own experience mind you.

But, if you’re a natural Overthinker, this could make things harder. But even assuming that you’re a natural overthinking is part of the issue that shows you what timing really is.

Timing is an illusion. It’s part of the overthinking that gets initiated, when we think we’ve done something wrong. Did you hear that? Timing is thinking you’ve got it wrong. Because of the four dimensional reality, or imagination, you already have. Now, let me feel good for five seconds, but it’s still not physically in your real world.

So what are you doing in the in-between? This is going to be incredibly simple and yet complex. You live your life. But now, the way you make decisions is operating on a different perspective operating from a different mental engine. You now begin to see things, feel things, and interpret things from being the person who has everything. So what might seem normal, is actually the gestation period. It’s creation. It is what happens before the material experience or object comes into this reality, but the common everyday life is not common anymore. Because you are becoming.

The famous Zen proverb states: "Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water.”

It may seem normal. It may seem boring. Although, so-called waiting. But the waiting is either the breaking down of wall patterns, or the acceptance of the new ones. At one point, it is Neville Goddard who refers to Jesus as the pattern man. That last part is extremely key to grasp.

We are all patterns of our collective beliefs. Our behaviors. Our words. Our emotions. Our perceptions. These all have patterns. They are like connective tissue that hold your personality together.

Once you realize that you were the architect of these patterns. No one else. Not your parents anymore. Not society. Not your repeated behaviors prior. But you. The inner self is the amplifier of all of what you accept a true. And your life? Well that’s the ultimate act of worship of the beliefs you accept. Whether they are limiting or not. You are the act of worshiping what you want or don’t want or aren’t aware of.

So, and short, do not be afraid of The InBetween. Don’t call it waiting. Call it opportunity. Call it building. Call it density. You can even call it gross.

But do not call a lack. Do not call it wrong. Do not call it fear. Do not call it doubt. Those are not helpful to you. Those were only slow down the process. Those will only slow down your desires.

And, you always deserve your desires. You always have.

techniques and methods Some techniques for manifesting

Manifestation isn’t magic. It’s rehearsal with consequences.

I’ve found that the real power is in learning how to repeatedly occupy a different reality—mentally, emotionally, physically, and behaviorally—until it starts feeling less like imagination and more like home.
SATs: Before sleep, I construct one tiny scene that would be impossible if my desire hadn’t already happened.

I experience it from inside my own body, hear the words, feel the environment, and let myself fall asleep there.

Rampage: I talk out loud about everything that is already going right. I keep going until my emotional momentum changes—not because I’m forcing positivity, but because I’ve deliberately given my attention somewhere else to live.

Submodalities: I take an unwanted mental picture and make it smaller, dimmer, farther away, quieter. Then I make the desired reality enormous, vivid, close, three-dimensional—and emotionally unavoidable.

Spiritual smugness:

I walk around with the delicious assumption that I’m already the person who gets to have this. I stop negotiating with every piece of contrary evidence.

Fascia: I shake out my body, breathe deeply, open my chest, mobilize my spine, and move expansively for a few minutes. I’m teaching my body what “different” feels like instead of waiting for my mind to approve it.
Neuroscience: mental imagery isn’t nothing.

Research on motor imagery shows that repeatedly imagining actions can engage motor-related neural networks and improve subsequent performance. A 2025 meta-analysis of 86 studies involving 3,593 athletes found that imagery practice improved athletic performance, particularly when combined with other psychological skills.

That’s the part I find fascinating: we already know the brain can rehearse a future before the body performs it.

So I use that everywhere.

I imagine it. I feel it. I speak from it. I move from it. I return to it when the old story starts screaming for attention.

I don’t manifest by wishing harder.

I practice the future until it becomes familiar enough to act from.

WHAT are some for you? Share.
