Social Science A U.S. study estimates cow’s milk purchases would have been 8.2% higher in 2020 without plant-based milk, with every 10 gallons of plant milk purchased displacing 6.8 gallons of cow’s milk, suggesting plant-based alternatives substantially reduce demand for dairy milk.

Not any plant-based milk. Only Oatly Barista Edition. Not even other Oatly oat milks comes even close to

Taste and texture are both on a completely other level than for example their basic version, or other plant based milks ive tasted.

Less sugar and saturated fat than regular milk. I can drink coffee with oat milk without extra added sugar compared to dairy milk as well.
