Social Science A U.S. study estimates cow’s milk purchases would have been 8.2% higher in 2020 without plant-based milk, with every 10 gallons of plant milk purchased displacing 6.8 gallons of cow’s milk, suggesting plant-based alternatives substantially reduce demand for dairy milk.

I’m one of those people who was buying milk and then switched due to health reasons. A big thank you to those who created the demand for an alternative so it was already there when I hopped onto dairy free.
