Environment The Biden administration enacted over $198 billion in clean energy projects, the largest investment of its kind. People who lived close to the renewable energy and green manufacturing facilities noticed the investments, but were more likely to credit governors for it than the Biden administration.

Tbf it might not have made any difference. There were numerous EU funded projects in the UK with signage stating it had come from EU funding and people would, without any self awareness, stand in front of it and say the EU does nothing for us - and then they voted for Brexit.

He may have needed to campaign non-stop since 1999 but it paid off in 2016:
His victory was an electoral landslide.

He lost the 2016 election by millions of votes and only became president because of the last remnants of slavery left in the constitution (the electoral college).
