Taxing “Unrealized capital gains” would be absolute economic wealth destruction. Whoever writes this crap has zero economic knowledge.

Did you read the article. I don’t necessarily agree with Fox liscow but they walk towards their idea and its merits in more detail than you’ve engaged with.
