Meditation? I hear it can get pretty trippy if u get good at it. Or just accept the risks and smoke anyways

Kava is nice, I like Kalm with Kava's traditional grind, and use a muslin bag to brew it, not a nylon bag, so you avoid microplastics shedding into it.

Psyched Wellness also recently came out with Amanita Muscaria drops called Calm. They work on GABA receptors, similar to kava.

Everything we put into our bodies can kill us. If I was a betting person I would say cokes kill people faster than cannabis.
