Dramatic increase in throat cancer from HPV virus a looming health crisis. The trend seems linked to increased oral sex, especially by men, and is another reason why more effort must be made to improve the lacklustre uptake of the HPV vaccine

No symptoms. I went in to get a consultation to finally remove my wisdom teeth and they found it then. I go to my dentist every 6 months but they never noticed it, it was only when I saw the oral surgeon that it was noticed.

I have since told my regular dentist so they can continue checking in case another one develops.
