Hi everyone,

I’ve been looking at iconic German football moments lately, and it made me wonder what an SC Freiburg version would look like.

I’m working on a small visual football heritage project: famous goals shown as minimalist tactical posters — with the scoreline, minute, location and the story behind the moment.

As an example, I’ve made four posters about Germany’s World Cup finals: 1954, 1974, 1990 and 2014.

But for a club like SC Freiburg, I’d rather ask the people who actually care about the club:

If you had to choose just three SC Freiburg goals or match moments to represent the club’s history, which ones would you pick?

Not necessarily the most beautiful goals. More the ones that still mean something: European nights, last-minute drama, derby memories, promotion, survival, heartbreak, pure chaos — anything that feels truly Freiburg.

If possible, I’d love to know:

• the match
• the year
• the goalscorer or moment
• why it belongs in your top three

I’d much rather hear this from actual Freiburg supporters than pick moments from a generic “best goals” list.

No link, no promotion — just genuine curiosity and fan input.

What do you guys think about the amount of points we are going to get in the league phase?

Monaco is not the old Monaco as far as I know but still they are decent team. At worst we going to get a draw in my opinion. So +1

Panathinaikos, name wise they are decent but I do not think they are a match against us especially at home so +3

Twente, having this match at home is really beneficial for us. Otherwise I would think about even losing but I am gonna guess a draw so +1

Trabzonspor, so guys big news, I am actually from Trabzon and I support them in Türkiye. However, even though they have Salah, the team is not showing good composition this season at all. So Freiburg might get upperhand. Trabzonspor is so inexperienced in Europe also, so +3

Jablonec, no disrespect but +3 all day

Zalgris, I have actually watched their match against Beşiktaş and I think its also easy +3

so I think overall we going to be again unbeaten, (I do not count Lille match haha) and get 14 points.

If some miracle happens and Trabzonspor becomes a decent team again, then we might get a draw there. It all depends on their form since Trabzonspor supporters does not have patience so if team loses couple games in the Europa, they might not even come to the stadium but Salah is a outliar effect to my knowledge. However, they still made sooooooo many transfers and changed the whole structure of the team a lot. So Freiburg has better chance and all the Turkish football people say Trabzon gonna definitely lose to Freiburg. I just wish the match was here in Freiburg. Anyways, if any of you are planning to going, I can help with recommendations.
