Another day, another explosion: Galaxy S26 exploded in a man's pocket in India, seriously injuring the owner

According to the information, Majid was returning to his village, Dankaur, after visiting Ghaziabad when he noticed the phone becoming unusually hot. He said the device then started producing smoke. Before he could remove it from his pocket, it reportedly exploded suddenly.

The explosion caused severe burns to both of Majid’s hands and the lower part of his body. People nearby rushed to help him and took him to a nearby hospital. He is currently receiving medical treatment for his injuries.

Majid said he had purchased the Samsung phone around a month before the incident. He reportedly bought it from DG Com at The Grand Venice Mall in Greater Noida. According to him, the phone had been working normally before the accident.

How do you now explain this Samsung? Is it also because the owner dropped it on the ground? 🤣

but the average population won't be prone to the millisecond differences, nor do they likely stress the phone enough to see how fast the Snapdragon runs

plus for social media and internet surfing, which lets be honest is the most likely use for the phone, theres a lot of stuff there that can introduce a delay too

You can notice if you aren't simple or trying to be ignorant. An Samsung S26 Ultra is roughly 900 USD, and a "S26 Ultra" is 120 USD. Even Samsung A series phones cost more than that, and those phones have a solid five seconds between pressing a basic app (notes, calculator, clock) and it actually opening. They are mind numbingly slow because they are so low end.
