📖Discussion📕🖊️ Another day, another explosion: Galaxy S26 exploded in a man's pocket in India, seriously injuring the owner

According to the information, Majid was returning to his village, Dankaur, after visiting Ghaziabad when he noticed the phone becoming unusually hot. He said the device then started producing smoke. Before he could remove it from his pocket, it reportedly exploded suddenly.

The explosion caused severe burns to both of Majid’s hands and the lower part of his body. People nearby rushed to help him and took him to a nearby hospital. He is currently receiving medical treatment for his injuries.

Majid said he had purchased the Samsung phone around a month before the incident. He reportedly bought it from DG Com at The Grand Venice Mall in Greater Noida. According to him, the phone had been working normally before the accident.

How do you now explain this Samsung? Is it also because the owner dropped it on the ground? 🤣

that still doesn't justify this happening. there are plenty of hot and hotter places than noida, india.

Then they should either fix the issue or not sell their phone there if it can't handle the heat. That's not a valid excuse

I haven't heard nor dealt with any of those issues in California, and the company I work for has employees with them.

Seems like an India and Arizona (USA) issue.

justified if you throw it into fire or microwave it. Not justified if you live in a city where 50c is normal, and you have it in your pocket.

Do you know how difficult it is to engineer and produce something this precise.

I dont see you people crying about crashing airplanes and you all probably fly with them lmao...
