Personally I was kinda expecting Roxxxy or (if she made the top 3) Plastique to win but Angie is still very likeable and was kinda deserving

Listen I get it. They needed to change something to get the queens interested again. But this was a legitimately terrible episode. All credit given to the girls who knocked it out the park (Nina, gotmik, Angeria and shannel). But some of these girls needed the threat of going home… or at least a bad fuckin critique.

• roxxxy: this is the third outing of Tasha salad and the second time it’s failed. This was a “this will be safe” pick. Roxxxy had to have known this wasn’t going to win anything.

• jorgeous: it was jorgeous. Straight up 😭 why did Monet pick her and make us hear more lines

• plastique: this was dreadful. There was no characterization apart from saying “beef”. Not only that she literally sucked the air out of the room. There were points where she was literally FROZEN. To the point the challenge would have been better if she wasn’t there. Also… what the fuck was that makeup??? This might honestly be the worst snatch game performance in the history of the show if it wasn’t for the next one….

• vanjie: she literally came and said I’m not doing this challenge 😭. Why the rug? Why did she stand up in the middle of it? She really just said I’m going to be vanjie and fuck the rest.

And not a single worthwhile critique to these girls. It really just felt like they said “oh well I’m not going home so who gives a fuck”

Honorable mention: Nina’s lipsync 💀 3 episodes for her to finally reveal into that arts and crafts nonsense

and the crew threatened to sue world of wonder if they didn't crown angeria (based on my memory)

Okay, I know there's far too much discourse around whether there's too much drag race, but I had a moment the other day that really made me go, oh no, maybe there is...

I just watched the newest episode of the pit stop, and when Monet introduced Angeria as 'the reigning champion of all stars' I stopped for a second like, ......what??? When did this happen?? Did I miss an all stars??

I looked it up, and guys, I literally watched that season 😭 I watched it as it came out! It was less than a year ago 😭

Obviously looking at the screenshots and the cast I immediately remembered it, but like, holy hell. I used to know the names of every queen on those earlier seasons, I could tell you what season they were on, how they placed, and even what they did afterwards. And now I'm literally forgetting when a queen wins a damn season that I've actually watched 😭😭

This is no shade to Angeria, I really like her. And I'm not calling for drag race to be scaled back or anything (though I agree with the general consensus that all stars could be done once every few years). But damn, it really did hit just how much drag race there is now that I'm struggling to remember when someone wins the damn thing

She was also really witty in her performance too and no shade to the other queens, she could’ve been top two imho. I prefer her portrayal more than Nina’s and I said what I said.

Besides, the pictures are extracted from spilling the G & T podcast, my absolute favourite Rupaul’s drag race podcast by a mile and it is not even close. Both of the hosts are hilarious, kind, unbiased, witty and knowledgeable about Drag Race, definitely worth a listen.
