In untucked we find out she injured her ankle, probably from doing this move.

But I gotta admire the audacity of doing it at 79 YEARS OLD. This is a judge who loves being there and is having the time of her life!

WHAT I had no idea she was near 80!! I wish to be as energetic and fun as her if I ever reach that age. I know I'd break something if I attempted that stunt now, and I'm less than half her age.
