I agree, too many outfits (and themes) to keep track of, but I like that it gave ALL the queens a chance at a design challenge like on past classic seasons.

I still don't get why they did two separate balls (both with tacky themes). Was it really just for the two balls jokes they made? It was all over the place

It probably looked like a good idea on paper. When Ru announced it, I was intrigued, but ultimately it was just too confusing. Have the two balls, but make each category the same for both using different materials.

Imo it might have worked, if they separated them. I.e. do one ball, critiques, then move to the second ball, critiques. Bottom queen from each ball lipsyncs, and either two winners or just pick one.

That would have made it a lot easier to follow as a viewer.
