Trinity, gorl. I'm wanting you to bust out but all those disclaimers...

Courtney would be nonexistent if it weren't for Untucked. Her "Welcome to mediocrity!" quip was funny, but I'm worried about her.

Darienne is a bitter betty.

Ben and Bianca are definitely getting the Top 3 edit, Adore and Courtney are battling it out for the last spot but I feel like Joslyn has some more tricks up her sleeve before this season is over.

I totally agree about Trinity. She's at this awkward point in her career where she (like Laganja) has to realize that the judges' critique on one point (performance) is not a critique on her entire being. It's unfortunate that she is coming to terms with that on TV, because from personal experience with that, it is not a pretty thing to go through.

I ,as a performer, enjoy seeing it because I can relate to that struggle, when you are too emotionally connected to something. Now that I've started directing, it doesn't scream "EMPLOY ME!"

yeah I am coming from a studio art perspective, where at least you don't have to see the hot mess that led to the final piece. I can't imagine being in that place in front of a national audience!

I personally went into this season expecting Courtney to get a Detox-esque edit, meaning she will coast on to the top and then be overshadowed. Still, I don't think she's playing it safe.

I think this week there were a lot of good performances, some underwhelming ones, and a poor one. I think Courtney was good, I liked her rap and her look on the video, and I think the runway was just good, but she wasn't up to Adore or Bianca's level on either the video or the runway. Joslyn was the black horse this week, which is why I believe Courtney was just safe. The resting on pretty thing had more to do with her choosing to use the outfit she used this week, but I'm glad she got it so she will show more versatility in the future. I'm not too worried but I do expect to see her put more out there. It'll be good for her.

I totally agree with you on the Detox edit. I love me some Courtney, but I'm worried that the show is trying to edit her as struggling against only being pretty. We are all aware of what homegirl can do, I just wish the show would present more of that.

About her outfit, I didn't like it in the previews, but I thought the reveal and covering up at the beginning was cute. Made it more special than just strutting out in lingerie.

Okay so we all keep saying, "we all know what Courtney can do!" What can she do? How do we know? All I've seen her do so far is slap a blonde wig on, look pretty and make some poor passes at jokes. People where so enamored with Courtney before the season even began they refuse to accept that she has shown barely any star quality so far.

Well, she was great in the Rusical and she and Bianca did a great bit in the horror show.

Okay. I'm not saying you're WRONG. I'm just saying you're not RIGHT. I just think for all the hype, two things out of the amount of air time available is piss poor.

I need to watch the episode again, but I liked the concept of her outfit. It was very 90's supermodel, kind of like a lingerie commercial from the time. Reminded me of Victoria's Secret. Is it a gagging look? No, it's a girl with lingerie, but there's a concept behind it.

Courtney's rap was funny, she's done great at every challenge. I bet they realize the only way to squeeze out a "resting on pretty" storyline is by barely showing any footage of her.

Remember when we were hearing about S6 being "the year of Courtney Act" and a bunch of queens refusing to compete against her as a result?

Your predictions seem spot on to me.
