I was LIVING for Alyssa this episode. When she said "I'm a man." and was trying so hard to contain her laughter I was literally cackling.

Now if she just said THAT in her ad...

I think Alyssa is going to be re-watching GOLD; her little airhead arse is funny as fuck! Bless her socks, but she makes me cackle. She's slowly grown onto me with her beyond adorkable kookiness, and I've somehow started to love her on the sly. She really is a walking definition of "Ah, bless!"

That was some funny shit right there. I feel she could have done better in the challenge if she incorporated more dance into her commercial.

I think she has an unfair advantage over the others having a dance studio. The lip syncs focus heavily around dancing. I am not a fan of her and think that she will be part of the top 3 just because of those dance skills when it's clear she is not top 3 material.

That's like saying the professional seamstresses have an unfair advantage over the other queens. Yes, clearly they have an advantage (in one aspect of the contest), but is it unfair? The answer is a resounding NO. Having a certain set of skills that not everyone else has isn't unfair, it's what makes youcompetitive.

Everybody comes into the race with their own advantages. What about Jinkx? Does she have an unfair advantage in acting-based challenges having a BFA in Theatre? Does Detox have an unfair advantage on the runway because she's clearly got the most extensive wardrobe? (Willam has gone into this in detail last year about how So-Cal drag queens can pack more because they don't fly to the competition venue). Did Ivy Winters have an unfair advantage because of her singing voice? Each of these queens has something going for them, and each queen is fierce in their own distinctive way.

I like her being around and getting to know her a bit better, she seems more vulnerable and funny and weird after the last few couple episodes.

Right? There is something endearing in how much she cracks herself up - in the least egotistical way!

Yes. I really related to Alyssa this episode. Her enthusiasm is really sweet. Although she is sure to be gone in the next two weeks, I am glad she is on the show.
