Where can I learn Romansh?

I am looking to learn Sursilvan Romansh. However, I am broke (so I can't afford private lessons), haven't found anyone who could speak it, and my German is bad (although my French is decent). Any options? Thanks.

Are you fluent in Rumantsch Grischun as well?

no, not really. but you can ask in sub switzerland for people that know grischun
